The Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Academy - Tokyo
provides a safe, healthy environment to make the philosophy, principles and culture of Traditional Wing Chun accessible to the public. Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu emphasizes and cultivates:

Empty handed forms:　型

Shil Lim Tao：小念頭
Chum Kil：尋橋
Bil Jee：標指
Wooden Dummy：木人椿
 
Weapon forms:　武器型

Dragon Pole：六點半棍
Butterfly Knives：八斬刀
 

 Typical lesson format:　レッスン形式
 
Warm ups and fight conditioning（30 minutes）：準備運動と身体のバランス調整（30分）
Form practice（10-15 minutes）：型の練習（10-15分）
Combat Techniques（30-40 minutes）：実践トレーニング（30-40分）
Self Defense Techniques（30-40 minutes）：護身術（30-40分）
Chisao（5-15 minutes）黐手（チーサオ）：型を使った力の読み方の実践（5-15分）
 
Wednesday Class is from 7:00 PM ｰ 9:00 PM
Sunday class is from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
水曜クラスは、午後 7:00 - 午後 9:00
日曜クラスは、午後 1:00 - 午後 3:00

Some of our Wing Chun conditioning can be physically demanding so we will motivate and support you to become a physically fit individual.
 
During practice with partners, punches and kicks with intention to make hard contact and disable our opponent are thrown in order to train honestly and effectively.
We expect our members to act with respect and humility to society. The follow is the pledge taken by members of the TWC family:
- I believe constant practising of the art of Wing Chun will enable me to transcend to a higher mental and physical level.
- I shall show respect for the art, Grandmaster Cheung,  my Si-Fu, Si-Hings and Si-Dais.
- I shall exercise my utmost tolerance and consideration in dealing with people and general matters in and outside the Academy.

Lesson Fees（subject to change）:　受講費用

■First lesson is FREE（Please contact us in advance to schedule your trial lesson.）
■Option 1: Pay each lesson 3,500JPY
■Option 2: Pay 12,000JPY for 4 lessons（1 lesson per week, 3000 per lesson）
■Option 3: Pay 28,000JPY for 8 lessons（2 lessons per week）


体験レッスン：初回は無料です。予めご予約をお願いします。
■受講タイプ１：各レッスン毎にお支払い：１レッスン3,500円
■受講タイプ２：月謝払い：12,000円（４レッスン／月）
■受講タイプ３：月謝払い：24,000円（８レッスン／月）
お支払い方法は現金のみです。
